摘要
“自然法”在其动机目的、求真方法、历史作用等方面颇具进步因素 ,一些学者趋之若骛 ,但又因其带有臆造。
Some scholars go after Natural Law in a swarm because it has progressive elements on its motives and purposes,validity methods and historic functions,but it is also regarded as specious fallacy just because it is with fabricated and ambiguous serious short comings.
