摘要
目的了解锌原卟啉(ZPP)与红细胞(RBC)各参数的相互关系,为缺铁性贫血的诊断提供依据。方法用全血细胞分析仪、国产ZPP-3800型血液锌原卟啉测定仪、贝克曼全自动生化分析仪对RBC、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW),红细胞压积(HCT)及锌原卟啉(ZPP)、血清铁(Fe)进行检测。结果 ZPP与Hb、HCT、红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)呈负相关,与RDW呈正相关。结论 ZPP与RBC各参数有很好的相关性,在健康人群缺铁性贫血的筛查中具有一定价值。
[ Objective] To investigate the relationship between zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP) and red blood cell (RBC) parameters, provide the basis for the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia. [ Methods ] RBC, hemoglobin ( Hb ), RBC distribution width I RDW) , hematocrit (HCT) , ZPP and serum iron were detected by whole blood cell analyzer, domestic ZPP-3800 blood ZPP analyzer and Baekman automatic biochemistry analyzer. [ Results ] ZPP had negative correlation with Hb, HCT, mean corpuscular volume ( MCV ) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin ( MCH ), while it had positive correlation with RDW. [ Conclusion ] There is a close correlation between ZPP and RBC parameters, which has a certain value on screening of iron deficiency anemia in healthy population.
