摘要
目的建立溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中环己烷的不确定度分析方法,用来评定测定浓度的检测质量,从而找出影响测定的因素。方法根据GBZ/T 160.41-2004检测方法,建立不确定度数学模型,系统计算各影响因素的不确定度分量和不确定度总量。结果气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中的环己烷,当k=2(置信概率为95%),则U=1.28 mg/m3。结论该方法适用于毛细管溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定作业场所空气中环己烷的不确定度评定。
[ Objective ] To establish the uncertainty evaluation method in determination of cyelohexane in workplace air by solvent desorption gas chromatography ( GC } , evaluate the inspection quality of determination concentrations, and find out the influencing factors. [ Methods ] According to the method of GBZ/T 160.41-2004, the mathematical model of uncertainty was established to systematically calculate the uncertainty components and systematic uncertainties of the influencing factors. [ Results ] The concentration of eyelohexane in workplace air by GC was : U = 1.28 mg/m^3 ( k = 2 ). [ Conclusion] This method is suitable for the uncertainty evaluation in determination of cyclohexane in workplace air by capillary column gas chromatography.
