2011年贺州市昭平县法定传染病疫情分析

Epidemic analysis of notifiable diseases in Zhaoping County of Hezhou City in 2011

目的为了掌握贺州市昭平县法定传染病流行特征,做好疫情预测和制定传染病防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2011年昭平县法定报告传染病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2011年昭平县无甲类传染病,报告乙、丙类传染病15种2 307例,死亡26例,年发病率、死亡率和病死率分别为677.14/10万、7.63/10万和1.13%。其中乙类传染病9种1 271例,年发病率为373.06/10万,死亡25例,死亡率为7.74/10万,病死率为1.97%;丙类传染病6种1 036例,发病率为304.08/10万,死亡数1例。乙、丙类传染病报告中,发病数居前5位的病种为手足口病719例,病毒性肝炎509例、肺结核348例、梅毒267例、其他感染性腹泻(215例)。死亡数病种主要为艾滋病24例,占死亡总数的92.31%;狂犬病1例,手口足病1例。结论 2011年昭平县乙、丙类传染病发病率较高,当前手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、其他感染性腹泻是危害该县人民健康与生命安全的主要公共卫生问题,应加强预防控制工作。艾滋病是昭平县传染病死亡的首位死因,也是今后防治工作的重点和难点。

[ Objective ] To understand the epidemic features of notifiable diseases in Zhaoping County of Hezhou City, and provide scientific evidence for doing well in outbreak predict of and the development of prevention measures. [ Methods] Descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the epidemic data of notifiable diseases in Zhaoping County in 2011. [ Results] In 2011, no case of category A infectious disease was reported, and 2 307 cases of 15 kinds of category B and C infectious diseases were reported , with 26 death cases. The annual incidence rate, mortality rate, and fatality rate was 677.14/100 000, the 7.63/100 000 and 1.13% respectively. There were 1 271 cases of 9 kinds of category B infectious diseases, the annual incidence rate, mortality rate, and fa- tality rate was 373.06/100 000, 7.74/100 000 and 1.97% respectively, with 25 death eases. Totally 1 036 cases of 6 kinds of category C infectious diseases were reported, the incidence rate was 304.08/100 000, with 1 death case. The top five category B and C infectious diseases were hand） foot and mouth disease { 719 cases} , viral hepatitis （509 eases} , tuberculosis （348 cases} , syphilis （267 cases} , other infectious diarrhea （215 cases ）. AIDS death cases （24 cases} occupied 92.31% of total death cases, 1 death case of rabies and 1 death case of hand, foot and mouth disease. [ Conclusion ] The incidence of category B and C infectious disease was relatively high in Zhaoping County. The foot and mouth disease, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis and other infectious diarrhea are the key.infectious diseases which threaten the health and life safety of people in this county and need strengthened prevention and control. AIDS is the first cause of death in Zhaoping County, and it is also the key infectious disease needs more control in the future.
