表面增强拉曼散射在肿瘤检测中的应用进展

Research progress of cancer detection based on surface-enhanced Raman scattering

摘要 表面增强拉曼散射(surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)技术是鉴定生物分子种类的工具之一,具有灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好及检测条件温和等优点。该文以SERS的概念及其原理为出发点,介绍SERS的形成、特点和检测意义;着重从人体组织检测、体液检测、生物大分子检测等3个方面综述SERS在肿瘤检测中的应用进展。 Surface enhanced Raman scattering ( SERS) technique as the identification of molecular species of the most powerful analysis tool, has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, good stability and detection of gentle reaction condition. Raman spectroscopy is paid attention to its advantages of real time detection and non-invasive in the diagnosis of cancer and it has become the most popular research direction in biomedicine. With the progress of the testing equipment, laser technology and nanopreparation techniques, can be predicted that SERS will become the clinical pathology and laboratory diagnosis, and pathological study of a powerful means of detection and analysis tools, whether it is in the detection of cancer, or in the judgement of prognosis, monitoring efficacy and other aspects will play an important role. This review started with the concept and principle of SERS, introduced the forming, character of SERS and the importance of detection. Three methods of cancer detection using SERS, including biological tissue detection, body fluid detection, biomolecule detection, are the emphases of this review.
