摘要
对叔丁基苄硫醇是合成杀螨剂牵牛星的一个重要中间体,其质量与成本高低直接关系到牵牛星的质量与收率的高低,为此对其进行了小试研究。实验采用的合成路线是:以工业叔丁醇、苯、无水三氯化铝、多聚甲醛为起始原料,经烷基化、氯甲基化两步制得对叔丁基氯化苄;再以对叔丁基氯化苄和硫脲为原料,水为溶剂,先合成对叔丁基-S-苄基异硫脲盐酸盐,再碱解即得产品。确定了对叔丁基苄硫醇生产过程中最佳的反应条件。该方法工艺简单,反应条件温和,成本低,经济效益高,适合于哒螨灵生产厂家自产,具有理想的市场前景。
4-(Tert-butyl)benzyl mercaptan is an important intermediate for the synthesis of acaricide pyridaben,its quality and cost is directly related to the quality and yield of the pyridaben,therefore a study on pilot test is carried out.The synthetic route is that: with using industrial tertbutyl alcohol,benzene,anhydrous aluminum trichloride and paraformaldehyde as raw material,the 4-tert-butyl benzyl chloride is prepared by alkyla tion and chloromethylation in two steps;then the 4-tert-butyl benzyl chloride and thiourea is used as the raw material,to synthesize tert-butyl-Sbenzylisothiourea hydrochloride with using water as solvent;at last the product is manufactured by alkaline hydrolysis.The optimal reaction conditions for producing 4-(tert-butyl)benzyl mercaptan are confirmed.This method has many advantages,such as simple processing,mild reaction conditions,low cost and high economic efficiency,therefore it is suitable for pyridaben manufacturers,and it has an ideal market prospect.
