摘要
2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸作为除草剂嘧草硫醚的重要中间体,在公开发表的文献上鲜有2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸含量分析的资料。采用液相色谱法对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸含量分析方法进行了研究。采用甲醇和水、磷酸为流动相,选用Hypersil C18色谱柱,紫外检测器,对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的含量进行分析。标准偏差为0.31%,变异系数0.32%。回收率为99.6%。线性相关系数为0.999。在本文建立的分析条件下,测定2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的有效成分的方法具有较好的线性,精密度和准确度,是较理想的分析方法。完全满足工业化对2-氯-6-巯基苯甲酸的质量控制。
2-Chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid is a kind of important intermediate for pyrithiobac sodium which is used as herbicide,there is very less data for the analysis of its assay in the public literatures.The method for analyzing the assay of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid by HPLC is studied.The methanol,water and phosphoric acid is used as mobile phase,and the Hypersil C18 chromatographic column and ultraviolet detector is applied for measuring the assay of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid.The standard deviation and variable coefficient is 0.31% and 0.32% respective ly.The recovery rate and linearly dependent coefficient is 99.6% and 0.999 respectively.This method has better linearity,accuracy and precision for analyzing the assay of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid based on the analysis conditions in this paper.It is an ideal analytical method which can completely meet the demand of industrialized quality control of 2-chloro-6-mercaptobenzoic acid.
