电视胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的现状

Current Status of Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Segmentectomy in the Treatment for Early Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

随着电视胸腔镜技术的发展,以电视胸腔镜为代表的胸外科微创技术在临床上得到了广泛的开展,胸腔镜下肺段切除术逐渐成为治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的方法之一,越来越多的研究结果已经证实胸腔镜下肺段切除术的可行性及安全性。该文对胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗早期非小细胞肺癌的研究进展予以综述。

With the development of video-assisted thoracoscope technology,the thoracic surgery minimally invasive technique represented by video-assisted thoracoscope has been widely performed in clinic. Thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy is one of the treatment options for early stage non-small cell lung cancer. And growing results support the feasibility and efficacy of thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy. The development of thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy in the treatment for early stage non-small cell lung cancer is reviewed.
