摘要
:采用玉米淀粉为原料制备乙二醇葡萄糖甙聚醚 ,在已有合成工作的基础上 ,采用正交实验法对聚醚的实验室制备过程进行了分析、探讨 ,确定了该反应的优势条件为 :酸量 0 .75 %~ 2 % ;碱量 0 .5 %~ 0 .7% ;甙化时间 30~ 6 0min。红外光谱对反应过程的基团变化进行了分析。
Carbohydrates and vegetable oils are considered as replacements for some petroleum oil derived polymer precursors. For polyurethanes production, be derived from starch through the production course of ethylene glycol glucoside for the polymer with PAPI, yields high degradablity. In this paper, the laboratory productions have been studied using orthogonal desigining experiment and the conditions can be concluded as: the quantity at H 2SO 4 to add: 0.75%~2%; the quantity at KOH to add: 0.5%~ 0.7% ; the time at glucosidification: 30~60 min.
