摘要
【目的】观察一次大负荷军事训练对武警战士血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的影响,探索诊断运动性肌肉损伤和组织修复的敏感标志物。【方法】30名武警战士进行一次大强度负重运动,于训练前、训练后即刻、训练后12、24、48、72和96 h测定血清肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)和MMP-9含量。【结果】训练后即刻血清CK显著升高(P<0.01),24 h达峰值(P<0.01),随后开始下降,96 h仍高于安静水平(P<0.01)。血清MMP-9含量在训练后12 h开始升高(P<0.01),48 h达峰值(P<0.01),96 h恢复至正常水平(P>0.05)。【结论】血清MMP-9可能是运动性肌肉损伤后组织修复的重要标志物,对于训练负荷调控具有重要应用价值。
[Objective] To seek sensitive marker of early diagnosis of exercise-induced muscle damage and tissue repair in military training by observing the effect of a bout of high-load military training on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) of soldier in Chinese Armed Police Forces. [ Methods ] Thirty soldiers performed strenuous weight-loading exercise. Serum creatine kinase (CK) and MMP-9 concentration were determined at the moment of pre-training, immediate post-training, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h after training respectively. [ Results] The activity of CK increased at post-training (P 〈 0.01) and reached peak value at 24 h (P 〈 0.01), which then slowly reduced, hut still higher than rest level at 96 h (P 〈 0.01). Content of serum MMP-9 rose at 12 h (P 〈 0.01), peaked at 48 h (P 〈 0.01) and recovered to rest level at 96 h (P 〉 0.05) post-training. [ Conclusion ] Serum MMP-9 may be a sensitive indicator of early diagnosis of tissue repair after exercise-induced muscle damage, which is important in monitoring training load in military training.
