术中磁共振手术1200例护理管理模式研究

Nursing management mode on 1 200 cases during intraoperative MRI surgery

【目的】探讨手术室内术中磁共振手术围术期护理管理模式,完善护理管理制度。【方法】回顾性总结在我院进行的术中磁共振手术1 200例的护理及管理实践,总结分析术前、术中、术后护理要点。【结果】1 200例手术均顺利进行,无意外发生;构建术中磁共振基本护理模式。【结论】依据术中磁共振护理管理模式及管理制度做好围术期护理是手术成功的重要保障。

[ Objective] To discuss the management mode during perioperative period in the MRI operative room, and to improve the system of nursing management. [Methods] To make a retrospective summary of management practice in 1 200 cases during intraoperative MRI in our hospital, and analyze the nursing points of preopertion, intraoperation and postoperation. [ Results] All the operations of the 1 200 cases went well, and basic nursing mode during intraoperative MRI was established. [ Conclusions ] Based on the nursing mode and management system, the nursing during perioperative period plays a critical role in the success of operations.
