摘要 为提高高含水及特高含水井中含水率测量分辨率,设计了基于分流法高分辨率含水率计。该仪器是基于阻抗传感器而设计的,在阻抗传感器内加入一非导电分流管,通过分流部分水,降低了流经阻抗传感器内流体的含水率,使得阻抗传感器测量得到的混相值增加,仪器的测量响应明显降低,拉大了不同含水率时仪器响应之间的距离,实现了提高分辨率的能力。通过动态实验研究验证了基于分流法高分辨率含水率计中的分流管能够提高仪器的测量分辨率,在高含水条件下分辨率可达到2%。并通过现场试验进一步验证了仪器具有很好的稳定性和重复性,为油田高含水油井测量提供了技术支持。 The high-resolution conductance water-cut meter based on split technology can improve the measuring resolution in the high water-cut and the super-high water-cut wells. The instrument sensor is composed of impedance sensor by joining a non-conductive branching pipe that can reduce water flowing through the impedance sensor. So the measured response of the instrument is significantly reduced and all the measured curves of different water-cut are shifted down owing to the increment of the impedance value of oil/water mixture fluid, and as a result, the distance between the neighboring curves is increased. The dynamic experimental results indicate that the measuring resolution of the highresolution water-cut meter is improved by the new sensor and the resolution can reach 2% in the high water-cut wells. The field experiments show that the new instrument has good advantage of good repeatability and stability. So it can afford effective technology strategies to measurement in the high water-cut oil wells.
