摘要
ACE装置上采用济南平衡剂分别催化裂化高桥VGO、济南(JN)、清江(QJ)、镇海(ZH)FCC原料油,考察了温度、重时空速、再生时反应器最大压降()等对ACE装置反应器结焦的影响。研究发现,在485℃~560℃温度范围内,JN原料油在ACE装置上反应器结焦约占总积炭量的10%,并随温度升高呈先明显增加后略降低的趋势,明显高于高桥VGO。在≤26.5kPa、重时空速为8~16 h1范围内,ACE装置反应器积炭量保持稳定。反应器的积炭量同原料油中沥青质和胶质含量呈正相关,沥青质和胶质含量较高的JN和QJ原料油在反应器上的积炭量最高。结果表明,、重时空速、原料油的组成等对ACE装置反应器结焦的影响较大,在评价FCC催化剂时需要综合考虑上述因素,以期得到较为准确的数据。
VGO of Gaoqiao and FCC feed oil of Jinan(JN), Qingjiang(QJ), Zhenhai(ZH) were employed for studying the law of carbon residue over the reactor of Advance Cracking Evaluation instrument(ACE-MODEL R+ Multi-Mode) catalyzed by JN balance, respectively. Effects of temperature, weight hourly space velocity(WHSV), maximum pressure drop during regeneration( preg) were investigated in detail. The results showed that carbon residue of JN feed oil over the reactor was about 10 % of total carbon deposition within 485 ~ 560, significantly higher than that of Gaoqiao VGO. And it was obviously increased and then dropped slightly with the rise of temperature. The change of carbon residue over the reactor was not obvious at preg of less than 26.5 kPa and WHSV of 8 h1~ 16 h1. In addition, content of residual carbon over the reactor was positively related with content of asphaltene and gelatine in feed oil, higher content of asphaltene and gelatine in JN and QJ feed oil with higher amount of residual carbon. Wherefore, factors of preg, WHSV, composition of feed oil, et al contributing remarkable to residual carbon over reactor must be synthetically considered for evaluating FCC catalyst with ACE instrument in order to get more accurate data.
