摘要
介绍了目前世界各国对光伏发电进行补贴的几种方式,包括返税模式、净计量模式和电力采购协议模式。结合德国和美国光伏产业的现状,讨论并分析了这几种补贴模式的优势与不足。
This article introduced the current world subsidy policy for photovoltaic power generation in several ways, including tax return mode, net metering mode, and power purchase agreements mode. Combined with the present PV in dusty in Germany and United State, this paper discussed and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these types of subsidy policy.
