摘要
通过研究三丁酸甘油酯和丁酸对圆弧青霉白色变株PI4 2生长及产脂肪酶的影响 ,建立了碱性脂肪酶高产菌的平板筛选模型。以该模型对PI4 2进行自然分离 ,从中得到一株遗传性状稳定的高产菌 ,脂肪酶产率提高了 85%。该菌株在 2 5L罐中采用流加发酵工艺培养 72h ,发酵产酶水平达到 550 0U/mL。
A screening model of alkaline lipase overproducing strain in plate was established by studied effects of tributyrin and butyric acid on growth of Penicillium cyclopium var. album PI42 and lipase production A genetic stable alkaline lipase overproducing strain PI42-3 was obtained from isolation of strain PI42 with this model,and its lipase yield increased by 85% When strain PI42-3 was cultured in 25L fermenter for 72 hours with a fed-batch process,the lipase yield reached 5?500U/mL
