摘要
为缩短产品开发周期、提高设计质量,在电火花加工机床设计过程中引入CAD/CAE技术。结合TRIZ理论进行机床创新设计,将分割、抽取、重量补偿、预先反作用等创新原理应用到电火花加工机床的结构设计中。借助参数化设计软件SolidWorks进行机床三维建模,并利用ANSYS Workbench软件对机床整机进行有限元分析,为电火花加工机床的设计改进提供了依据。
In order to shorten the exploitation cycle of production and improve design quality, CAD/CAE technology is introduced into the design of EDM machine tools. Machine innovation design is carried out with TRIZ theory. Inventive principles such as segmentation,extraction,weight compensation,prior counteraction are applied to EDM machine tool's design. The 3D model of an EDM machine is realized by using the parametric design software SolidWorks. Then finite element analysis is carried out by using the ANSYS Workbench software. The analysis result has provided the basis for machine tool's design.
