校企合作是高等职业院校专业发展的必由之路,根据区域汽车后市场产业的发展需要,汽修专业与4S店紧密合作,探索与校企互融相适应的专业人才培养和教学组织模式,改革课程体系、教学内容和教学方法,共建双师队伍、实训基地,完善质量保障体系,创新行业指导、企业融入的校企合作新机制,以实现高职汽修专业建设模式的创新,促进专业与区域产业协调发展。

School-enterprise cooperation is the necessary route to take the professional development of higher vocational colleges. According to the development need of regional market industry, the automobile specialty should cooperate closely with the 4S store, explore corresponding professional talents cultivation and teaching organization mode with school-enterprise interaction, reforming the curriculum system, teaching contents and teaching methods, building a double-professional teachers team and training base, improving the quality assurance system, innovating a new school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of industry guidance and enterprise integration, in order to achieve the innovation mode of automobile specialty construction in higher vocational colleges and to promote the coordinated development of major and regional industry.
