摘要
以不同配比的无规聚乙烯醇 (aPVA)和间规聚乙烯醇 (sPVA)进行共混制膜 ,并对共混膜进行热处理 ,用DSC对原始共混体系和经热处理后的共混体系的热行为进行了研究。结果表明 ,共混体系的DSC曲线上只形成一个吸热峰 ,两种组分配比的变化能引起熔融温度和结晶度的明显变化 ,显然 ,随sPVA含量增加有利于共混体系熔点和结晶度的提高。共混物经热处理后发现 ,sPVA的加入有利于抑制共混物的颜色变化 ,且sPVA也有利于结晶稳定性提高。
aPVA(atactic polyvinyl alcohol) and sPVA(syndiotactic polyvinyl alcohol) are mixed together in diferent ratio.With the help of DSC the thermal properties of aPVA/sPVA blend are studied.The results show that there is only one single melting peak on DSC curve,and with the increase of sPVA in the blend the melting point increases.It is discovered that after heat treatment high concentration of sPVA can inhibit color change of the blend,and cause high stability of the crystals.
