摘要
临床路径是一种新型的病种管理模式,它由医生、护士和其他人员对一定的诊断和手术作出最适当的、有顺序的和有时间性的照护计划,通过系统的运转来降低个人的误差,使服务对象获得最佳的照护品质,从而保证医疗质量,降低医疗成本,减轻病人负担,增加病人满意度。本文介绍住院临床路径在我院的设计和应用体会,并指出系统不足及未来展望。
Clinical pathway is a new disease management pattern, which can be used to make the most approprlate, ordered nursing programs by doctors, nurses and others.The hospitals can improve medical quality, reduce the burden on the patient by using clinical pathway system.This paper introduced the design and implementation of the clinical pathway system, pointed out the deficiency and the prospect of the system.
