论大陆赴台旅游者的权益保障机制

Guarantee on Tourist Rights and Interests of Mainland Residents Travelling to Taiwan

随着大陆居民赴台旅游人次的不断增加，旅游者权益保障问题越来越值得重视。大陆居民对台湾旅行业的整体满意度一直比较高，但是在餐饮、购物以及安全方面也存在着一些问题。本研究从制度、法律、政策、团体组织、旅游投诉消解五个层面对大陆赴台旅游者的权益保障机制进行系统分析，并提出一些完善的建议。

With the increasing number of mainland residents travelling to Taiwan, protecting the rights and interests of tourists are more and more important. Mainland residents had a high overall satisfaction to Taiwan tourism, but there are some problems in the catering, shopping and security. This study analyzed the rights protection mechanisms from the institutions, laws, policies, groups, complaint resolution mechanism five aspects, and made some recommendations.
