摘要
大部分中小会展企业是以项目制运营的,以关键成功要素分析法为基础,采用53家企业的样本数据进行分析。研究结果表明,会展项目的成功主要受四个因素的制约,其中在各子因素中存在多个正规项目管理中视为非关键因素的因子,在此基础上提出项目导向型会展企业管理创新的四要素模型,从项目管理模式下员工的行为、多重角色的会展项目团队管理、绩效考核与激励的项目化三方面分析中小会展企业的人力资源管理,从会展项目营销、项目营销与企业品牌整合两方面论述企业的营销管理创新。
Most of small and medium-sized exhibition companies are operated by projects. This paper investigated and analyzed a sample of 53 companies' data, and then showed the dynamic relationship between the key success factors by the formal project system model. The results showed that the success of the exhibition project is mainly affected by four factors, among which there are many sub-factors that are seen as the ones of non-critical in formal project management, and then proposed the model of the four elements of the project-oriented exhibition enterprise management innovation. Finally, this paper built the organizational model of project management, analyzing the human resource management in small and medium-sized exhibition companies from perspectives of the behavior of employees in project management mode, multiple roles of exhibition project team management, performance evaluation and incentive by projects, analyzing marketing management innovation from exhibition project marketing and its integration with the corporate brand.
