瓶用聚酯切片色相测试方法探讨

摘要 探讨了瓶用聚酯切片色相的测试方法。通过对不同粒径瓶用聚酯的色相对比实验,发现粒径的变化会导致L、a、b值及测试的标准偏差产生明显变化。20-40目粉末法值与切片法值相比,L值高约4-5,a值低约1,b值高约0.5,而标准偏差则分别减小到0.028、0.132、0.045,这说明粉末法有利于提高瓶用聚酯切片色相的测试精度。 The color test method of bottle grade poyester chip is discussed in this paper. Through the experiments of color comparison of bottle grade polyster chips of various diameter, it has been found that the change of chip diameter will result in obvious change of values of L, a, b as well as standard devia- tion of test. Compared with the values resulted from full-chip test, for 20 - 40 mesh powdered-chip test, 'L' value is higher about 4 - 5,'a' value is lower about 1 and'b' value is higher about 0.5, while Ihe standard deviations are reduced to 0.028, 0.132 and 0.045 respectively, that indicates powdered- chip test is beneficial to improvement of accuracy of color test of bottle grade polyester chip.
