基于单片机的半导体制冷片温度控制系统研究

Design of semiconductor refrigeration chip temprature control system based on single-chip

利用AT89S52单片机为核心元件,以半导体制冷片为制冷元件,开发一套基于单片机的半导体制冷片温度控制系统。研究表明,该系统通过对有功率耗散的开关电源的单元电路等进行控制,从而控制半导体制冷片工作状态,以期达到测量并控制一些设备的温度,保证其正常工作的目的。

The semiconductor refrigeration chip temprature control system based on single-chip is devel- oped, in which AT89S52 singlechip is used as the central component and semicondutor refrigeration chip as refrigeration chip. This indicates that this system can control working states of semicondutor refrigeration chip by controlling unit circuit with power dissipation and swicthes, in order to measure and control temper- ature of some equipment, ensure its normal work.
