摘要 选用结构紧凑,性能可靠,功能强的FX2-128MR取代传统的继电器逻辑系统,并采用全数字式智能直流驱动器代替原设备庞大、效率底、功耗大的直流发电机组,使压延机电控系统线路简化,结构模块化,运行稳定可靠,且能提高压延工艺要求及生产能力,节能降耗明显,系统的自动化程度高。 Selecting the compacted structure, reliable property, with strengthen FX-MR instead of the traditional relay logic system, adopts the complete digital intelligent DC driver instead of the original DC power generator group having huge equipment, lower rate, and large consumption, make the calender electric control system wiring simple to be mold structure, run reliable and increase the calendering process requirement and production ability, save energy obviously and higher level auto system.
