多腔多个方向抽芯的注塑模设计

Design of Multicavity Injection Mould for Multiple Side Core Pulling

论述了塑料制品的注塑模设计 ,本设计难点在于 4个方向的侧抽芯 ,且一模两腔 ,因此其中一个方向不能用常规的侧抽芯。本文给出了详细的设计过程及装配图。

This thesis deals with the design of injection molds for plastics.The difficulty of this design lies in four side direction pulling of cores and one mold with two cavities,so it is impossible as usual to pull core in one side direction.The main points of design procedure and the detailed machinery graphs are presented.
