Dear Editor, We present here a case report of a benign seminal vesicle cystadenoma treated with laparoscopic ablation in a 31-year-old man. The clinical presentation, gross appearance, microscopic characteristics, immunohistochemical and ultrastructural findings of this uncommon tumour are discussed.
