摘要
随着社会的发展,来自学校、家庭、社会等各方面的压力,导致大学生心理压力越来越重。日前大学生心理健康问题备受关注,作为教育工作者要力求把心理健康于体育教学中。本文通过介绍和分析瑜伽练习对大学生心理健康的影响,使大学生进一步认识瑜伽给人们带来的益处,并为高校更好的开设瑜伽课提供良好的科学理论依据。
from the aspects of school, family, social pressure, lead to college students' psychological pressure is more and more heavy. Recently the problem of College Students' mental health concerns as educators should strive to mental health in P.E. teaching. This paper introduces and analyses the effect of yoga exercise on mental health of college students, to enable students to further understand the benefits of yoga to veonle, and to nrovide scientific theoretical basis is good for Offering Yaga course in colleges.
