摘要
在实际教学中发现部分学生对分解动作掌握较好,如跨栏摆动腿攻拦、起跨腿的提拉以及徒手起跨腾空后的剪绞动作等,都能达到技术要求,但一经进入完整技术练习,动作就变形,与分解教学阶段判若两人。但我认为更多的是由心理障碍所致,如紧张、恐惧、胆怯等等。如果不加以克服就会引起学生的厌倦情绪、冷漠态度,其表现特征为思维紊乱、注意力分散、情绪抑郁,这种负面的心态发展下去,还会由个体效应转为群体效应,使教学无法进行。110m栏跑恐惧心理的产生不能从简单的技术、心理素质某一方面去解决,而必须从身体素质、心理素质等多方面去分析,追求最好的解决之道。
We found in the actual teaching that some students can master micro-motion well, such as swinging legs when hurdle, the lift of legs when take-off, and unarmed cross shear ground movement after the suspension, they can achieve technical requirements in all these movements, but once they are required to do the complete technical practice, the actions are deformed, quite different from the decompose teaching stage. From my point of view, all these are caused by psychological barriers, such as nervous, fear, timid. If these can't be overcome, it will cause students' boredom, indifference, that will be charactered as thinking disorder, distraction of attention, low mood, and depression. If we just let this kind of negative state of mind go, it will change from individual effect into group effect, thus make the teaching to 110m hurdle impossible to process. We can't solve the psychological barriers in 110m hurdles race just from the points of simple techniques and psychological qulity. Instead, we must analyze the reasons from different aspects, such as, the physical quality, psychological quality, and persue the best solutions.
