我国城市社区居民政治参与比较研究——社区政治文化与政治参与之间关系的个案分析

The Comparative Study on the Political Participation of China's Urban Community Residents——Case Analysis of the Relationship between Community Political Culture and Political Participation

城市社区居民政治参与状况一直是学界关注的热点,主流研究将参与不足归结为体制原因。但笔者通过对长春市G社区和L社区的调查发现,在同一地域环境和相同的制度建构下,社区政治参与情况依然不同,主要原因在于社区政治文化,即居民对社区的认知、情感和评价以及他们在社区中对自己的角色定位是影响社区政治参与最为直接的原因。

Political participation of the urban community residents has been the focus in the academic field.Lots of research attributes the lack of participation to the unpedect institution.However,after the survey of community G and L,it is found that in the same city and similar institution,the political paticipation is also different.The main reason is the different culture of the two community. The mo6t direct reason for the political participation in the community is the cognition,emotion and evaluation of the community,as well as their role in their community.
