摘要
利用单因素和多因素结合的釉料系统调试方案,通过探讨在不同的工艺配方下砂金釉的底釉颜色、析出晶体数量和结晶状态,研究SiO2/Fe2O3(Si/Fe)比值和碱金属氧化物种类及数量对釉面分相析晶过程的影响。研究表明,调节SiO2、Fe2O3配比会影响釉中熔体之间的分相程度,对底釉颜色存在着较大的影响;SiO2/Fe2O3(Si/Fe)摩尔比在6.25~7.5范围内时,分相析晶效果最好,Si/Fe摩尔比〉10时,釉面没有或鲜有晶体析出;碱金属氧化物的种类和摩尔数大小会影响析出“砂金”α-Fe2O3晶体的颜色和数量。
The single factor and multi-factor glaze system adjusting schemes for designing the glaze formula were used in this research. The effects of n(SiO2)/n(Fe2O3) ratios and types and amounts of alkali oxides on glaze phase separation were studied by observing the base glaze color and crystal amount and crystallization behavior of different formulas. The research results show that the SiO2/Fe2O3 molar ratio could influence the phase separation of glaze melts which will affect the color of the base glaze and the amount of crystals deposited on the glaze surface. The crystallization attains the best effect when the n(SiO2)/n(Fe2O3) ratio changes from 6.25 to 7.5. There is no crystal on the surface of the glaze with the ratio greater than 10. The types and amounts of alkali oxides will affect the color and amount of α- Fe2O3 crystal.
