摘要
针对ZrO2-Al2O3复合陶瓷在烧结过程中产生的晶粒开裂现象,着重从氧化铝加入量和烧结工艺参数两个方面展开了研究。将不同比例的ZrO2、Al2O3粉料混合球磨,经干压和进一步等静压成型后,在1540℃-1650℃常压烧结,得到了不同的ZrO2-Al2O3复合陶瓷;利用SEM和EDS观察陶瓷材料断口的组织形貌及化学组成。研究结果表明:当Al2O3含量达到45wt.%时,在1630℃左右烧结引起晶粒开裂;在1600℃以下烧结,可获得均匀致密的显微组织。
Two influence factors-the sintering technology and the adding content of alumina are observed to analyze the cracking phenomenon of zirconia-alumina composite ceramic grains in the sintering process. The ZrO2+Al2O3 composite ceramic has been obtained after mixing materials, ball-milling, forming by dry pressing and then isostatic pressing, and pressureless sintering at 1540℃-1650℃. Microstructure of the ceramics was examined by scanning electron microscope, and compositions by EDS of SEM. Research results show that grain crack appears when sintedng at 1630℃ with the presence of 45% alumina. The Microstructure of the composite ceramic can be uniform and dense when it's sintered below 1600℃.
