摘要
建立了店铺商品选择和迁移的理论模型,通过对抽样淘宝店铺交易情况的追踪数据采集和调查问卷,进一步分析了我国C2C市场中店铺经营的商品类型转换规律,及其带来的诚信表现的规律性变化。鉴于店铺商品类型转换会造成消费者利益受损甚至市场混乱,提出交易平台应增加市场分析和新店铺在选择商品上的引导,并应在信用评级中对商品类型加以细分。
This paper firstly set up selection and migration theory model , and analyses the conversion rules in C2C e-commerce market based on the transactions data of some shops in taobao, and the regularity of integrity change it brings. As the commodity type conversion will damage the interests of consumers, and even lead to the market confusion . It also makes some suggestions, such as increasing the market analysis and the guidance of new shops in choosing commodities in trading platform, and further subdividing the commodity type in credit rating.
