国际化市场上针对国内下游企业R&D的政府补贴策略被引量：1

Government Strategy Choice of Subsidy Policy For Downstream R&D in International Market

摘要针对产业链上游企业在国外,下游企业在国内,且其产品面向国际市场的情形,构建多阶段博弈模型,分别分析政府对下游企业R&D进行投入补贴和产量补贴时的最优补贴率及影响因素。通过比较两种补贴方式下的国内社会福利水平,发现政府应根据具体的R&D特征、市场特点以及产品的国内消费比例,选择不同的最优补贴策略。 This paper, concerning foreign upstream firm and domestic downstream firm who is international market-oriented, builds a multi-stage game model, analyzes the optimal subsidy rate and influencing factors for downstream R＆D when the government uses input subsidies and product subsidies respectively. By comparing domestic social welfare, found that the government should choose different optimal subsidy policy basing on the R ＆ D characteristics, market characteristics and the proportion of domestic consumption.
