摘要
基于科技带动经济发展产生的时滞效应与G7国家科技投入对我国经济增长影响的知识外溢效应,对目前的C-D生产函数模型进行改进,研究了2004~2009年中国与G7国家科技投入对我国经济增长的贡献关系.首先运用灰色时滞关联分析确定科技投入与我国经济增长的滞后期,然后在改进的C-D生产函数模型基础上,引入考虑时滞的技术知识存量代替研究与实验发展(R&D)投资额进行计算,得到中国科技投入与G7国家科技投入对我国经济增长的贡献度.
This paper, based on the time-lag effect in the process of science and technology promoting the development of economy, and the knowledge spillover effect of G7 states' science and technology investments influencing China economy growth, improves the current C-D production function model, discusses the contribution relationship between China and G7 states' science and technology investment and the economic growth of China from 2004 to 2009. It firstly applies grey lag correlation analysis to identify the lag period between science and technology investment and the economic growth of our country, and then on the basis of the modified C-D production function, it employs technology knowledge stock which reflects the time-lag in the calculation instead of R&D investment, finally it gets the contribution degree of Chinese and G7 states' science and technology investment on Chinese economic growth.
