SLAP模型及其在我国西部中小企业中的运用

摘要 通过分析荷兰学者提出的战略劳动力分配过程模型及其在荷兰的运用效果,结合我国西部中小企业现状进行分析,企图将战略劳动力分配过程模型作为西部中小企业人力资源管理问题解决的工具,为我国西部中小企业人力资源战略管理水平和方法的提升提供新的思路。 This paper, by review of researches on strategic human resource management, finds that there are quite few researches give systematic insight of strategic human resource management issues for Small and Medium Euterpries (SMEs). Then it is tried to introduce a Strategic Labor Allocation Process model ( SLAP model) from Bax to find the better way for improvement of human resource management of SMEs in Western China.
