摘要
基于1997~2009年27个省级地区的数据,通过估算研究期内各省农业碳排放水平,并以DEA-Malmqusit指数测得的农业全要素生产率表征农业技术水平,实证考察了中国农业技术进步对农业碳排放总量和碳排放强度的影响.研究表明,农业技术进步显著增加了农业碳排放总量,但农业技术进步有利于农业碳排放强度的降低;随着人力资本的提升,农业技术进步对农业碳排放降低的积极影响会逐渐增强.
Based on the provincial data from 1997 to 2009, through the detailed estimations of carbon dioxide emission during study period, and using agricultural total factor productivity from DEA-Malmqusit index estimations to denote technological advances in agriculture. This paper examines the impact of technological advances in agriculture on agricultural carbon emissions and carbon intensity. The result shows that technological advances in agriculture have significantly promoted the carbon emissions, but technological advances in agriculture are conducive to the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions intensity. With the enhancement of human capital, the positive impact of technological advances in agrieuhure agricultural carbon emissions reduction will gradually increase.
