同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病并发症的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨同型半胱氨酸与2型糖尿病并发症的关系。方法:选择2型糖尿病大血管病变患者60例,选择同期在我院收治的单纯糖尿病患者60例,选择在我院进行体检的健康人作为对照组,三组都进行同型半胱氨酸的检测。结果:糖尿病并发症组与糖尿病组的血浆同型半胱氨酸含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时糖尿病并发症组的血浆同型半胱氨酸含量也明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论:血浆同型半胱氨酸是2型糖尿病患者血管病变的独立危险因素,可能是同型半胱氨酸致血管病变机制之一。
