短种植体在上颌后牙种植中的临床应用观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨Bicon短种植体在上颌后牙种植中的临床疗效.方法:选择83例上颌后牙缺失就诊患者共计105个种植位点,种植区可用骨高度为3.3~13.0 mm,采用Bicon短种植体联合上颌窦内提升技术微创植入,术后3~6个月Ⅱ期修复,之后于1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月复诊,检查种植体骨整合及植体周围牙龈健康状况,拍摄X线片观察种植体周围骨高度.结果:追踪观察6~24个月,种植体稳定性良好,未见上颌窦炎发生,种植体周围牙龈健康,X线片观察种植体骨整合良好,种植体周围骨高度稳定,患者对修复效果满意.结论:Bicon短种植体在上颌后牙种植中的临床疗效确切,近期临床效果满意,远期效果尚需观察.
