摘要
采用水解法在SiO2 表面包覆纳米TiO2 ,制备出TiO2 SiO2 复合材料 ,并用IR、SEM、XRD及化学分析手段进行表征。结果表明 :复合材料由纳米锐钛矿型TiO2 和SiO2 组成 ,它们之间有Ti O Si键形成 ,且该键对锐钛矿型TiO2 起了稳定作用。试验研究并讨论了制备条件对包覆效果的影响。
The TiO 2 SiO 2 composite materials were prepared by hydrolysis of TiCl 4 in acid conditions at 75℃.The surface structure of TiO 2 SiO 2 samples was characterized by IR,SEM,XRD.The results indicated that the average diameter of TiO 2 was within 12nm,and the TiO 2 phase kept anatase form in wide range of temperature,this is due to the stabilization of anatase phase by coating SiO 2 phase through the Ti O Si interface.The effects of preparing condition on TiO 2 SiO 2 were studied
