大豆籽粒氨基酸组分的相关分析 被引量:6

摘要 以4个籽粒产量相近但蛋白质含量差别较大的大豆品种为材料,分析籽粒蛋白质氨基酸平均含量,统计分析17种氨基酸和氨基酸总量之间的简单相关性。结果表明:氨基酸总量与蛋白质含量的相关性达到显著水平。17种氨基酸中有13种与氨基酸总量呈显著或极显著正相关;1种(丙氨酸)呈负相关,天冬氨酸、胱氨酸和组氨酸等3种相关性不显著。2种含硫氨基酸(胱氨酸、蛋氨酸)之间无显著相关,其中胱氨酸与其他氨基酸的相关性均不显著,蛋氨酸仅与6种氨基酸的相关性达到显著或极显著。相反,17种氨基酸中有12种与蛋白质含量的相关性没有达到显著水平。就通过育种途径提高大豆蛋白质含硫氨基酸的比例,改善其营养价值而言,氨基酸组成间不是主要的限制因素。 The correlation of various amino acids with the contents of total amino acid and protein in soybean seeds were studied using two high-protein content varieties vs .two normal protein content varieties .The soybean yields of four varieties were similar and stable from different years .The results showed that the correlation between total amino acid content and protein content was positive .Among 17 amino acids ,13 of them were positively correlated with the content of total amino acids ,only alanine showed negative ,and aspartic acid ,cysteine and histamine were not significantly associated with total amino acid content .However ,the 12 of 17 amino acids were not correlated with protein content significantly . There was no significant relationship indicated between the contents of two sulfur-containing amino acids (cysteine and methionine) .In addition ,the content of cysteine showed no correlation with any other amino acids and the content of methionine was correlative only to six amino acids positively .The results suggest that the content of amino acids and their composition may not be main impact factor been looking for to improve high sulfur-containing amino acids in soybean seeds through the breeding approaches .
