摘要
分析了焦炭反应性CRI和反应后强度CSR指标相差很大的焦炭在国内外高炉能够使用的原因。通过焦炭溶损反应对高炉还原、热交换和焦炭溶损劣化的作用分析,提出了一些焦炭热性质及其质量指标,供高炉操作和炼焦配煤参考。
The reason why the coke with obviously different coke reactivity index (CRI) and coke strength after reaction (CSR) could be actually used in blast furnace at home and abroad is analyzed. Some thermal properties of coke and its quality indicators are proposed based on analysis on the effect of coke solution loss reaction on reduction of iron ores, heat transfer and deterioration rate of coke in blast furnace so as to give a reference for operation of BF and coal blending for coke-making.
