口腔颌面部肿瘤患者的手术治疗效果观察

Surgical treatment effects of the patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer

目的观察手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年1月至2010年1月收治的78例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者随机分为对照组与观察组各39例,分别采取放射治疗和手术治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的82.05%(P<0.05);观察组1、2、3年生存率均明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤疗效显著,可明显减少不良反应发生,提高患者生存率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the surgical treatment effects of the patients with oral and maxillofacial cancer. Methods Seventy-eight patients with oral and maxillofacial tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given radiation therapy, while the observation group was given surgical treatment. The clinical outcomes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100%, sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group （X^2=5.65, P〈0.05）. The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rate of the observa- tion group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions were signifi- cantly lower than the control group （X^2=4.53, 4.01, 3.90, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of surgical treatment of oral and maxillofacial tumor is significant. It can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the survival rate of patients, which is worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.
