摘要:目的为了解东乡族儿童头发中无机盐与微量元素的含量水平。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法对755例3~6岁东乡族儿童头发中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜、锰等6种元素进行检测,并根据年龄、性别对其含量进行分析。结果东乡族儿童头发中钙、铁、锌、铜水平低于全国平均水平;钙、锌、铁、铜的总体缺乏率分别为39.9%、21.9%、15.2%和5.0%。发钙水平和钙缺乏率男童低于女童(P〈0.05)。发铁水平随年龄增长有下降趋势,5岁后比3岁时明显下降;发锌水平随年龄增长略有下降(P〉0.05),5岁后男童低于女童(P〈0.05);发铜在6岁时明显增高(P〈0.05),性别间无差异;发锰水平较高,但有随着年龄增长而下降的趋势(P〈0.05)。结论东乡族儿童钙、锌、铁、铜等营养状况仍处于较低水平,建议采取必要的干预措施提高和改善儿童时期这些微量元素的营养状况。
Objective To understand the hair nutritional status of trace elements among Dongxiang nationality children. Methods The flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) was used for gauging hair Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn of 755 Dongxiang nationality children aged from 3 to 6. And then the six elements were compared among different age group and sex group. Results The Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu are below national value, and the deficiency rate of above four elements are 39.9% , 21.9% , 15.2% and 5.0% respectively. The Ca status and deficiency rate are higher among boys than those among girls ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The Fe in hair decreases with age, where is obvious decline at 5 - year group comparing with age 3. Hair zinc level decreased slightly with age ( P 〉 O. 05 ), but the hair zinc leverl in girls in high than boys after 5 year old ( P 〈 O. 05 ). However, the Cu shows obvious increase at age of 6 ( P 〈O. 05 ). The Mn has a high status, but it is a downtrend during growing - up ( P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion The dongxiang nationality children have poor status in Ca, Zn, Fe, Cu, and so, the intervention is necessary for improving childhood nutritional status.
