摘要
以准网络构型共混理论为指导,对ABS/改性PP共混体系的形态与冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明,AB-S/改性PP体系经双辊混炼机、双螺杆挤出机等共混机械混合后,形成三相体系的准网络构型,此时比无规共混体系更易发生脆韧转变,从而在橡胶含量不变或减少的情况下,能大幅度提高共混物的冲击强度,而刚性及热变形温度等性能基本不变。但这一情况对于高刚性ABS不适用,说明准网络构型理论还存在一定的局限性。
The structure and impact property of ABS/modified PP blending system is studied based on the pseudo-network configuration blending theory. The results showed that ABS/modified PP proceeded by 2-roll mill and double-screw extruder or other blending machines formed pseudo-network configuration of three phases. When the blending material formed pseudo-network configuration, it is more easily to make the change from brittleness to toughness than random blending system. So when the content of rubber kept constant or decreased, the impact strengh of blending material is increased greatly while rigidity and thermal deformation temperature and other properties are kept constant approximately. But this is not applicable to high-rigidity ABS. So the pseudo-network configuration theory has its limitation.
