附塔真空大口径管道的应力分析及特殊管架的设置

Stress Analysis of Large Diameter Vacuum Piping Attached to Column and Special Pipe Support Settings

阐述CAESARⅡ软件在某大型联合装置项目中塔顶大口径气相附塔热力管道中的应用。在真空工况满足管道压力降的前提下,使用CAESARⅡ软件进行一次应力及二次应力不同工况的校核,得出附塔真空大口径管道特殊管架的设置方案,并绘制出特殊管架的制作图纸。

This paper describes the CAESAR II software application in the large diameter heating gas-phase line attached to the column top of a large complex project.Under the premise of vacuum conditions meeting the piping pressure drop,CAESAR Ⅱ software is used to check the different cases of primary stress and secondary stress,concluded with the special pipe support setting scheme of large diameter vacuum line attached to the column,and drawing out the special pipe support drawings.
