粉防己幼苗光合速率日变化研究

摘要 通过采用Li-6400便携式光合系统分析仪对粉防己幼苗叶片的光合速率日变化进行了测定。测定结果表明:粉防己幼苗叶片的光合速率日变化为双峰型曲线,存在光合"午休"现象。上午11∶00左右出现第1次高峰,下午15∶00左右出现第2次高峰,日最大的净光合速率值为9.43μmol·m-2·s-1。净光合速率(Pn)与气孔导度(Cond)、蒸腾速率(Trmmol)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)存在相关性。 The Diurnal Variation of Photosynthesis Rate of the seedlings of Stephania tetrandra were determined with the Li--6400 Photosynthetic system. The results showed that the curve of daily of the seedlings of Stephania tetrandra photosyn- thetic rate was a double--peak curve and there was a clear depression at noon. The first peak occurred at 11:00 p. m. , the second one at 15.. 00 a. m.. T he maximum o f photosynthetic rate was 9.43/1mol ~ m-2 ~ s-~. Correlation analysis showed that there were relationship with photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and internal CO2 concentration.
