Research on Competitiveness of Shandong Fiberboard Industry Based on Diamond Model

基于钻石模型从生产要素、需求条件、相关及支持性产业、企业战略结构与同业竞争、机会和政府的角度分析山东省纤维板产业竞争力的影响因素,介绍了山东省纤维板产业中各个要素的优劣势,提出提升山东省纤维板产业竞争力的对策,为相关政策的制定以及纤维板产业竞争力的研究提供参考。

In this paper, Porter diamond model was used to analysis main factors which impact competitiveness of fiber- board industry in Shandong Province. Produc：~ion factors, demand conditions, related and supporting industries, corporate strategy and structure competition, opportunities and government were selected to analyze competitiveness of fiberboard indus- try. Based on the above, approaches for enhancing competitiveness of fiberboard industry in Shandong are proposed, and refer- ences for promoting transformation and upgrading of fiberboard industry are provided
