化工循环水系统的不停车清洗

摘要 介绍了循环水系统不停车清洗技术的实际应用情况。清洗时间为 48h。清洗前后 ,池水浊度分别为 18 6FTU、6 9FTU ;总铁含量分别为 0 6 9mg/L、0 16mg/L ;生物粘泥含量由最高 7 1mL/m3 降为最高仅 0 7mL/m3,表明清洗效果明显。 The practical application of washing circulating water system without stopping operation was introduced.The washing time was 48h, before and after washing, the cloudiness of pool water was 18 6FTU and 6 9FTU,content of total iron was 0 69mg/L and 0 16mg/L,respectively. The maximum content of bio sticky mud reduced from7 1mL/m 3 to 0 7mL/m 3.The results showed that the washing efficiency was obvious.
