抗病诱导剂在果蔬采后病害控制中的应用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 综述了抗病诱导剂的种类、抗病机制以及抗病诱导剂在采后果蔬贮藏中的应用研究进展,重点概述了化学诱导剂水杨酸(SA)、茉莉酸类物质(JAs)、一氧化氮(NO)、壳聚糖、苯并噻二唑(BTH)、Harpin蛋白等在采后果蔬病原菌控制方面的应用。同时,针对目前抗病诱导剂应用过程存在的问题,提出今后的研究方向和重点。 This paper reviewed the categories and mechanisms of the disease-controlling-elicitors, which are applied on the processing of harvested agricultural products. The elicitors discussed here included salicylic acid(SA) , jas- monates (JAs), NO, chitosan, benzothiadiazole (BTH) and Harpin protein. The current problems and future poten- tial applications of these elicitors were also discussed.
