制约甘肃省篮球裁判员晋升国家级的因素分析

Analysis of the Factors Restricting the Gansu Province Basketball Referees Promoted National

运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对甘肃省篮球裁判员晋升国家级的现状进行调查和分析研究。研究结果表明:甘肃省参加晋升篮球国家级的裁判员年龄普遍偏大,执裁全国比赛次数较少,缺乏临场经验。建立科学、规范、完善的裁判员培养体系,大胆启用年轻裁判员,积极承办高水平比赛,为其创造临场锻炼机会,是促进甘肃省篮球裁判员晋升国家级的有效途径。

Using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, carries on the investigation and Analysis on present situation of Gansu Province, the promotion of national basketball referees. The results showed that： Gansu province to participate in the promotion of basketball national level referee age generally are relatively large, the fewer times of cutting the national competition, lack of experience on the spot. To establish a scientific, normative, perfect the training system, bold enable young refer- ees, actively undertake the high level competition, create training opportunities spot for it, is to promote the Gansu Province basketball referee effective way of oromotion of national level.
